Podcast:

My favorite podcast is the Rich Roll Podcast. He’s an ultra marathon runner, vegan, and an inspiration. He interviews people with extraordinary lives such as Arianna Huffington from the Huffington Post, Gary Vaynerchuk, and more. Exercise:

Do you have those days when you just aren’t in the mood to exercise? I sure do. When I get in those moods, I find myself a quick YouTube video of a quick 5-minute exercise. My favorite one lately can be found here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QTGBFlB1fEI. After doing a quick five minutes, I get the motivation to keep working out. I also feel accomplished even if I don’t continue after the first five minutes.

Meal:

On Monday night, I went out to dinner with two of my best friends to Westville, a restaurant in NYC. We discussed past memories and laughed while enjoying wonderful healthy meals. I got a rice bowl with a bunch of different veggies. It had carrots, zucchini, peppers, and more. I definitely recommend Westville if you are looking for a delicious healthy meal.

Book:

The Power Of Habit by Charles Duhigs

I highly recommend this book if you are interested in learning the science behind our actions and why we do certain behaviors. Habits are so important, and they shape our lives. One of my favorite case studies in this book is about a woman who was a smoker and had an unhealthy lifestyle. She changed her habits by replacing a healthy habit with an unhealthy one. She changed her life for better by changing her habits.
